Married to the love of my life for 37 years. Love my 3 great adult kids, my 2 wonderful sons-in-law, and our 3 lively grandchildren. Not currently employed. Not exactly looking either, as Covid has me cautious and family responsibilities have needed my attention lately. Last worked at a perfect part-time job for me - editor and writer for a construction industry blog. Very happy to see this re-boot of Open Diary, where I made such fun online friends many years ago. Hubby and I now in the phase where we help our aging parents through their next transitions. Circle of life, it appears. We still are lucky enough to be able to just escape from time to time!

I chose this title because I need to get something "off my chest" to let it vent like a valve on a pressure cooker.  I don't want to think about this again if I can help it.  However, I will think about it one more time when I share with my Hubby what I am…

That should have gotten rid of the younger crowd.  And any of my friends that get enough of this from their grandmas! Tonight is day-ten after a m...

One on page 4 of the attached document in the media room slightly underneath the left side or just to the left side of where we could put a 3-seat couch w...

(Sigh of relief!)  One more to go, but I am very hopeful. The one more is my son, living here just now without a job or a plan.  Second vaccine this Friday. Mom.  Health recovered a bit.  I took her to an in-person visit with primary doctor, and she has stabilzed a bit. My youngest…

I was going to say "Still round and round"(mom's medical recommendations) and also "still round and round(my sister's reluctance to see what is happening while at the same time taking steps...)"  and also Still my lovely friends who have supported me throughout this journey which is not over.
