It is… my friends… THURFRIDAY!

And I couldn’t be more happy about such a day.

First, my OD rant.

I figured out something with the "bookmarks" … (which I still consider favs… damn it.)

If you haven’t gone to their page since the upgrade, their updates WON’T be bold. It’s weird. Almost like it has to … register that you’ve gone to their page before it can register an update. All the pages where I haven’t visted but DID update are not bold. very strange.

i do like marking things as "unread"… that helps. Especially when I’m in a hurry and I skim and I want to make a note to go back later when I have more time. I usually forget to go back and then I remember later and it’s too late for it to really matter anymore. ha ha.

ANYWAY…

So what’s up?

I DID do some DDR last night.

and guess what… I STILL GOT IT.

My groove is still firmly in place.

I danced with wonder and grace.

hahaha. (that rhymed!)

Ok, so maybe not grace, but LOTS OF WONDER.

damn it.

It was quite fun and my work outs will now commence.

I plan on making a schedule of 3 days of DDR then a day of pilates. So I can have diversity in my work outs and target other areas.

So should be fun. Not to say when I don’t do Pilates I can’t do some DDR after, since it’s a lot more fun than just a work out!

I found a used DDR game online for like 15 bucks.

I’m gonna buy it.

Oh yes.

I really do hope I can lose 2 pounds a week up until my birthday. Or at least 1.5. I want to be down 10 pounds… I’m sure when my kids are gone and I’m trying to eat less it’ll work out.

I’m sorta wanting to get addicted to chinese chicken salad for a while.

that crap is good. I gotta find this ginger sesame dressing. MMMM!!! I could eat that for dinner a few nights a week no problem!

It’s a lot easier to eat that way when I dont’ have kids who want cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, and french fries all the time. Not that they get it, but they want it, and put the temptation in my mind!

I went home and did a cleaning frenzy last night.

No more bug spottings. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t there. damn them. I did a spray frenzy and got a bloody nose. I think my nose just HATES that spray. I made sure my kids and the cats were out of the room until the spray dried and the room aired out.

Does anyone have any good tips on how to teach cats to NOT jump on the damn counters and tables?

I want to have them free to roam the house but I just can’t have them up on those surfaces. It’s probably a lost cause.

My  kitties ARE smart however. They know the command "go to your room!"

ha ha.

Last night I said it and both ran to the boys room looking all "scared". it was funny.

I did it again this morning and … oddly… they went!

So I think they actually recognize when I want them to go in there, maybe not so much the "command"… but we’ll get there. I’ve started to reward them when they go in the room on command too, so it’s a start to some trained kitties!

Uhhh what else.

So I’m trying to have some weekend plans. A picnic on Saturday at a park somewhere. We might even go to this Lake Balboa place. It’s not too far from where I am and it might be fun. But we’ll see if there is a closer park. I want to have a movie night with popcorn… and maybe let them camp out in the living room in a tent… that could be fun for them!

Then sunday will be a lazy day, but I might make them pancakes for breakfast. I don’t plan on dropping them off at my dads till the evening.

UGH I MISS THEM ALREADY!

I watched the Bad Girls Club on my DVR last night. It was so awesome. I wish I could go into a house and just be a trifling bitch for the worlds entertainment.

I was gonna write about this crazy dream I had, but i forgot.

Oh well, I’ve obviously run out of steam and I’ll just recharge and come back later to torment you allll.

oh oh! I fixed my tv. I had to remove a splitter and do some fancy cable work, but it is just fine now. I need to remember to call Time Warner today and cancel that appointment….
