Hi, saw that the help desk was down… I renewed my diary on 9/5. I have the email receipt & the money came out of my bank account, but I’m still seeing ads. I just paid again for a month through paypal about an hour ago, since the help desk is down and it was only $3, etc but my diary is still not +. So now I’ve paid twice for a subscription and it’s not gone through. help!

I’m not sure if this is an issue you can fix or anything but I paid for my subscription of six months and it is still not changed, the payment from paypal went through went through on the 7th yet there’s been no change. Can you help me?

I also have him blocked so he’s trying to get around that block. Maybe we could put all the political journals on their own server so they can duke it out and not bother anyone else?

I am more concerned with certain users calling out other users. Especially to navigate around being blocked. Setting up another OD for politics wouldn’t work, there’s no holding them back I’m afraid lol.

Every time I try to turn the WYSIWYG Editor off to add tickers on my front page and in my entry template it gives me an error and says to contact the help desk if it keeps happening. Not sure if there is a way to fix this? thanks,
