Maybe I need help

You all will love this one. I just woke up and got ready for work, I thought I was super late.  I am fresh and clean from the shower. I sat down at my new IKEA dining table and turned on my laptop.  As I sit here waiting for it to reboot, I notice the time.  I looked to my left out my back door; why is so dark still?  It is not Wednesday yet, it is still Tuesday. I took a nap after work and just woke up. Thankfully, the doctor called in an increase to the pharmacy for my Zoloft!
