I wish someone could save me from emotional pain. I wish someone could realise I am not okay.  I haven’t been happy in along time. I am not close with my family or do not have any genuine friends. I think my work contract is coming to an end early because there hasn’t been a lot of work after Christmas break. I am happy but sad at the same time because I need a break from work however; having so much time on my hand will not be good for my mental health. I need to try to keep myself busy and remind myself that I am in control of my life. Its okay to feel sad but I need to try my best to get through the day.

You ARE in control & it is ok to feel sad.

I learned the hard way and it took me a long time to really learn that the only person who can save me is me. No one can life your life for you and reach in and take away you sadness. People can try to be there for you and  offer support to the best of their ability, but it is your responsibility to attain happiness. It is easy said then done.  I’ve been there too. It F—ing sucked. But working on your inner self, though hard and painful, leads to true peace happiness.

I would rather be in physical pain than emotional pain.  It’s just so overwhelming and feels so heavy to carry.  There are many days my only goal is to get through that day.
