I am a 53 year old wife and mother of four. I have two sons, two daughters, a son in law, daughter in law, granddaughter and grandson. Like my diary name says, I am happiest when I am at home. I have lots of hobbies to keep me busy. I enjoy making quilts, crocheting, reading, coloring and playing my keyboard. I have one child left at home, my 18 year old son who is on the autism spectrum. I homeschooled him from first grade on. I am hoping to find some of my old friends here or make some new ones.

It comes and goes so quickly, quicker every year it seems! If I could just get our shopping done early, by November at least, maybe I could slow down and just enjoy the season. Maybe next year we can do that. This was a bittersweet Christmas for me because it's the last one with Kaylyn living…

Jose' and Kaylyn delivered some pies and tamales to the orthodontist office for his mom. I was suppose to go with him, me and the kids, but I really didn't want to go. I just wanted another day at home and so did Kinley. So, when Kaylyn told me she wanted to go I jumped…

I just felt like thinking on paper tonight. I'm sitting up late with Stephen enjoying time with him. He's on his PlayStation 3 and I'm here and he just likes having someone up with him. I'll stay up as long as he wants me to because these times with him are so rare now that…

I don't even know why I bother to keep this online diary except for the fact that I would miss the diaries I still read. Today I thought I'd come let everyone know I'm still alive :-).Our summer was quiet and for the most part it was just Kinley, Landon and I here. Stephen was…

I have a story to tell...a true story. It's important for me to tell this story for two reasons. First of all it has touched a lot of people spiritually and shows God's love for us and that he is watching out for us and secondly it shows a danger that too many people are…

  • Hospital Again
    April 18, 2008
I've had another hospital stay but this time it was with Stephen. He started running a fever last Saturday, his throat was hurting and he was coughing some. On Sunday I wanted to take him to the ER but he said he'd rather wait and go to his doctor on Monday morning...so we did. That…
