I too am awaiting your new site. As great as Open Diary has been for all of us, I think your new site will be just as great, and as the years go by I think that the people who’ve joined with you will think of Easy Diary as Open Diary reborn. Thank you Eric for everything you’ve done here on Open Diary. I know the end is very near, not even sure you’ll get to read this but I had to leave a note thanking you.

I have a couple of questions about your new diary that is under construction. First, like many here, I have been here an awful long time: 14 years. To see it die a slow death is distressing..*smiles* Maybe you can address the issues that I have on of your first entries of the new diary site: Are you sure that you can handle the financial end of it? Can you handle the ‘customer service,’…

part of ‘the job’? I just happen to think that a well-run diary site, that is like the od with a new paint job, has a place in our society where it could grow by leaps and bounds, if handled right. But I’m sure that it would take an enormous amount of work? I guess that I would need reassurance before I would become involved in another diary site.

To Heavenwithin: You may not see this note but Eric is the one that has been running OD as much as the DM would let him. Eric knows what he is doing better than anyone and it is truly rude and insulting of you to question such a talented and smart guy! He has been her to answer questions, apply payments, fix diaries when we couldn’t access them, do anything it took to keep OD running. It wouldhave been down the tubes long ago if not for Eric!

Eric/EWS, thanks for all you have done for all of us that make up OD. You have been the go to guy for a long time without pay and I can’t wait for your new site to open and know you will have great success and hope you make bookoos of money! I loved your video, thanks for making it and sharing with us!

Hi, I just made this bogus OD, so I can come in and Thank You. I downloaded my OD to my harddrive, and saved it. Then I deleted it. I am really Butterfly4Him. In any I really want to tell you, that I am so excited about the new EasyDiary! I can hardly wait and I will not stay on Prosebox. I always enjoyed reading you, even though I never noted you before. I started in April of 1999 then lost my diary in 2002 with a DM diary purge – so I am a long and faithful OD member myself.
